2. Services Description
MasterMinD AI provides:
- Starter AI Website ($150): AI-powered website with motion design, delivered within 3 days
- Pro AI Website + Chatbot ($300): Full website with integrated AI chatbot, delivered within 5 days
- AI Chatbot Add-on ($100): Standalone chatbot integration, delivered within 48 hours
- Monthly Maintenance ($50/month): Ongoing site maintenance, updates, and support
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before building begins. This covers the cost of development, design, and deployment.
- Payments are made via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.
- Monthly maintenance is billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- You may explore our live demos free of charge before making any payment.
4. Project Scope & Delivery
- Delivery timelines begin after full payment is confirmed and the project brief is received.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days depending on the package selected.
- Scope is defined by the agreed project brief. Additional features beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
- Major revisions are included during the build phase. Post-delivery revisions may be subject to maintenance fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information for the project brief
- Supply any required content, images, logos, or branding assets in a timely manner
- Provide domain and hosting access if deployment to your own server is required
- Respond to review requests and feedback within a reasonable timeframe
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final website code and content specific to their business.
- MasterMinD AI retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools used in development.
- Third-party assets (fonts, libraries, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.
- MasterMinD AI may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Refunds

8. Limitation of Liability
- MasterMinD AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
- We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or external platforms.
- We do not guarantee specific business results (sales, traffic, conversions) from the use of our websites.
9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose sensitive details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments made before termination are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Upon termination, the client receives all completed work up to the termination date.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.
